The service
Tilo provides a collaborative canvas application. You are responsible for the content you create. We provide the infrastructure to store and sync that content.
Your account
You must be old enough to consent in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account, including the security of the Google or GitHub account you sign in with.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the service or attempt to bypass rate limits.
- Do not upload content that violates applicable law.
- Do not attempt to extract data belonging to other users via the API or otherwise.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Free plan and paid plans
Free plans are subject to fair-use limits. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after a reasonable opportunity to address the issue, except in cases involving fraud or harm to others.
Disclaimer
Tilo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which is $0 on the free plan).
